Biography:

Mr. Brian Woods is a seasoned international business professional. Having spent almost six
years living and working internationally, Woods has a good understanding and appreciation for
other cultures and customs. He is also skilled and holds credentials in information technologies,
international business, project management and real estate.

Mr. Woods is accomplished inside the real estate field. He began as a real estate investor and
specialized in “non-traditional” real estate transactions. While he is skilled with traditional
transactions, Woods excels in putting together opportunities that many other professionals can’t do.

In 2012, Woods established Team Realty and Investment Solutions, a Florida real estate
brokerage dedicated to helping people realize their goals through the virtually limitless
opportunities real estate. In addition to regular real estate, the firm represents clients with
investments in bank foreclosures, tax deed foreclosures, association foreclosures, tax
certificates and association liens. The brokerage also provides professional property
management services. Woods and the brokerage-wide team at Team Realty and Investment
Solutions, help clients from around the world with their real estate needs. Woods is also broker
of Team Global Realty Partners, a brokerage designed to help others through global referrals.
Woods’ dedication to the real estate profession earned him the 2013 Mid-size Broker of the Year Award from the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches . As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee and instructor, Woods continues to expand the firm’s operations into new opportunities on the global front. Woods also holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Project Management Professional (PMP) industry certifications. Woods is also the lead educator at Team Real Education Solutions, dedicated to providing other real estate professionals and clients with world-class training and education.

Mr. Woods is very effective in using his education and experiences helping to further the real
estate profession. He volunteers at the local, state and national levels to improve the real
estate experience for all. In his free time, Woods enjoys traveling, reading and constantly
learning.
