Luxury Properties are prevalent in Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Martin, and St Lucie Counties; it's time our REALTORS are adequately trained and equipped to properly market these incredible homes! This intensive two-day CLHMS training course sets the standard for luxury sales training in the industry. Learn what wealthy buyers and sellers say are the "real secrets" to capturing their business and delivering outstanding service!

Successful completion of the course results in membership with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is the FIRST STEP in earning the coveted CLHMS designation. Members must then meet sales performance requirements before they are awarded the CLHMS designation.

AGENDA
We will start each day with coffee and networking at 8:30am. Please be on time as the course starts promptly at 9:00am (the doors will close). There will be a short morning and afternoon break along with a 45 minute lunch. Lunch will be provided. The course will end each day at 5:00pm. If you are taking the class for CRS elective credit please plan to stay after each training day to take a short 26 question exam. Attendees must be present the entire time to receive credit.
