Biography:
After 25 years of a successful international corporate career with Latam Airlines, Alex decided to pursue a new business opportunity in the Real Estate Industry, by providing a combination of leadership, experience and service orientation that makes him a perfect liason for buyers, sellers, and/or investors seeking to make valuable businesses in the U.S.
Alex ran the airline’s Service Director position that allowed him to understand, feel and live the passion of serving other people.
As a former foreign national, Alex understands the importance of understanding different cultures and what it takes to become an American citizen, so one of his duties is to help others live the American dream through investment visas (EB-5, L-1 and E-2), also taking advantage of opportunities that this country offers through rental property investments, vacation homes, and permanent residential properties.
The advantage that Alex offers is the source of international and domestic buyers that helps sellers shorten the selling process of their properties through and international exposure of their properties in different platforms.
Alex lived in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Miami, New York, and now lives in Delray Beach, and is a happy father of three girls and husband of a wonderful woman.
