Canan is committed to making your real estate experience as smooth as possible. She is passionate about helping individuals and families make smart real estate choices. Making an industry leap to real estate since 2012 has been very rewarding where she utilizes her communication, marketing and negotiation skills acquired from her 20 years in the automotive industry. She works full time in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors in both residential and the commercial markets. After six successful years at Coldwell Banker as a Realtor, she joined Lead Consulting Group LLC. Canan received her real estate broker license in August 2019. She opened her own office Epic Solutions Realty in Boca Raton on May 1, 2019.
Canan gives exceptional attention to skilled negotiations, is very knowledgeable of analysis of property values and market trends. With a commitment to providing each customer with a full service real estate experience, she will work with you throughout the entire home search and negotiation process, and assist in finalizing the details. A Florida resident since 2007, Canan is an enthusiastic member of the community and loves sharing with her clients what South East Florida has to offer. She is married to her husband of 20 years and they reside in Boca Raton. Canan grew up in Michigan where she received her BS degree from Michigan State University and later she received her MS degree from Franklin Pierce University, NH. She has also had extensive training from Dale Carnegie. She believes in continued education in real estate.
