Biography:

Joe Pelayo, CCIM, SIOR, a top producer in commercial and investment real estate, has more than 34 years of experience and has conducted transactions totaling more than one billion dollars. Joe’s expertise includes all facets of the commercial real estate industry including, but not limited to, the following: leasing, selling, consulting for international institutions, private investment groups, investment analysis, market research, and more. He strictly follows three codes of ethics and prides himself on conducting business by honoring and respecting the National Association of Realtors.

Throughout his career, Joe has been a recipient of numerous awards including Top Leasing Agent of Realtor Commercial, Number One Commercial Agent in the US in 2017, Top Five Dealmakers in Florida, and more. However, he is most proud of having conducted one real estate transaction every three business days in 2017 and many years prior. Joe and his brokerage have continuously received the Power Broker Award for top firm and agent since 2006.
