BIOGRAPHY:

Susan is an educator by nature with a background in education, sales and marketing, and business development. Before moving to South Florida 6 months ago with her family from Chicago, Susan worked in the hospice industry for 9 years as a Director of Business Development, founded and started a not for profit company, board member of the Geneva Community Chest, taught RE for St. Peter Catholic Church for 8 years, and created the networking group LMM. Susan is originally from Upper Arlington, Ohio. After High School, Susan studied Family Life Education and graduated with a BA from Spring Arbor University. She continued her studies at The University of Dayton receiving a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Administration. During her time studying for her master’s degree, Susan taught English as a second language in the Hilliard City School District, wrote a book “Lots of Languages”, published in 2006, and volunteered her time as a catechist for St. Brendan’s Catholic Church.

Susan is a Realtor for Coldwell Banker of the Palm Beaches with two offices in Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach, FL, and is President, CEO, & Founder of Flying For Hope, NFP a 501(3c) with offices in Chicago and Lake Worth, FL. She also has a monthly networking group open to the public called LMM and is held at several locations in and around the South Florida area.

In her spare time Susan loves to spend time with her friends, family, and to serve others. She has been married to her husband Tim for 22 years and has three children.  In the spare time, she loves to play golf, network, public speaking, diversity/language training workshops in the work place, watch Ohio State football, and volunteer her time to local causes/charities, church, and the local school district where her children attend.
